Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned
in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing.
Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with

Your right to cancel an order - The United
Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations You have
the right to cancel your order at any time up to the
end of the seventh working day following the day after
the day on which you received your products. You do
not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If

Please note that a handling charge of 20% will be
applied unless the goods were delivered in a faulty
condition.

We offer secure online ordering though Worldpay to
ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing
convenient and worry-free. However, we realize that
some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online.
For this reason, we provide our 020 8363 7249 to place
an order.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques
are accepted on orders received via mail.
Delivery
For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £50,
on orders below this amount a £6.75 charge will
be applied
Please allow three to five working days for your
orders to arrive. We understand that you may need
your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we
will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery
service.
Our own branded Clean & Simple water treatment
product range are individually packaged and comply
with new UN regulations being introduced in 2004 relating
to the transportation of hazardous goods (carriage
of dangerous goods by road and rail).
